Dry and very reactive skin prone to atopic dermatitis

Your skin is dry and very reactive, prone to atopic dermatitis such as eczema or psoriasis.

eczema East of allergic origin and affects 1 in 4 children and 1 in 10 adults. It is characterized by red areas carrying small vesicles, or dander, and often associated with itching (itchy).

psoriasis is a chronic disease of the skin, of poorly known origin (stress, genetics, diet or toxins). It is characterized by the eruption of patches of red spots covered with dander.

Skin cell renewal (keratinization) is accelerated in 8 days instead of the normal 28 days.

It is a condition that affects 2% of the population. She is mostly localized on the scalp (dandruff), the posterior side of elbows, the anterior face of knees, the palms or the soles.

To reduce the discomfort and correct the disorders of this type of skin, it is necessary to carry out a soft toilet, with water at moderate temperature and fight against dryness. Avoid allergens in cosmetics and use essential oils sparingly.

OUR ADVICES

For the toilet, use soap-free cleansers foaming gel type.

Moisturize several times a day to strengthen the hydrolipidic film and restore the barrier function of the skin.

Prioritize the care with short formulas, enriched with essential fatty acids like shea butter, calendula, borage, avocado. Aloe vera is also an excellent moisturizer and promotes the healing of eczema patches.

To soothe itching, take oatmeal baths (unless the water is too hard). You can use treatments based on silver powder, anti-inflammatory, which helps to restore the physiological balance of the skin microflora.
