Cure acne rosacea
There is an acne called “rosacea”, which affects women between 30 and 40 years old.
Like juvenile acne, this dermatosis results in the appearance of small pimples but also redness on the face, somewhat similar to rosacea, and linked to the dilation of small capillaries.
This midlife acne can also result from a deficiency in the hormone prosgesterone, in the second part of the cycle.
Skin affected by rosacea, hypersensitive and inflammatory, can generate burning or itching sensations.
It is therefore necessary to favor skincare products with simple ingredients to limit intolerances:
- Hydrosols of true lavender, witch hazel, cistus, cornflower to decongest.
- Vegetable oils of apricot kernels, jojoba to remove make-up
- hazelnut or nigella vegetable oils to moisturize and regulate rosacea acne breakouts
- Pure shea butter and calendula vegetable oils, calophyll to soothe
- Immortelle essential oils, tea tree, real lavender to relieve inflammation
- Organic protective and hypoallergenic creams
No cleaning with soap to keep an acid PH.
The sun is the enemy of rosacea. Even on cloudy days, UVA rays pass through and attack the skin. Apply a face cream with an SPF 30 every day.
Temperature differences favor outbreaks of rosacea.
Use cool water or hydrosol misters when it's hot to bring down the temperature and cover your face well in winter.
