MCF is looking for 2 work-study students at the beginning of September 2021 for the following positions: 

 

B2B business development manager

Your missions: Develop and manage the commercial strategy of our products (Boxes) for our B2B customers, in particular:

  • Prospecting new clients: works councils, companies, public organizations (town halls, etc.)
  • Development of new web and physical retail customer acquisition channels: marketplaces, fairs, social networks, forums, professional directories
  • Realization of targeted mailing campaigns
  • Preparation of communication media for our clients (slides, brochures)
  • Follow-up of sales and the commercial pipe (Pipe drive, Hubspot)
  • Preparation of invoices and monitoring of invoicing.

Competence and qualities required 

  • You are passionate about the world of organic cosmetics and the values it defends
  • You have sales in your blood and you have already done prospecting by telephone or e-mailing.
  • You have a very good oral expression and we feel your energy and your motivation.
  • You master the classic presentation tools (Pack office) and you know the digital sales and CRM tools like Pipe drive, Hubspot, … 
  • You like working in a team and sharing your ideas. You are force of proposal and autonomous in the organization of your work.

E-commerce project manager

Missions: Manage the e-commerce site so that it meets the objectives of acquisition and customer loyalty 

  • Create product sheets / boxes in collaboration with our SEO expert (about 5 per month)
  • Monitor the proper functioning of the merchant site
  • Follow the sales of the site and partner sales sites: 
    • Participate in the creation of assortments of boxes and packages with the whole team
    • Ensure the follow-up of stocks and deposit-sales
    • Ensure invoices and billing follow-up for sales depots and partner sites 
  • Ensure customer relations: respond to complaints or various requests 
  • Develop mailing campaigns for various customers and prospects (B2B): newsletter, prospecting mailings for works councils, partners, suppliers
  • Production of communication media: flyers, visual brochures and content for our customers

    Qualifications and skills required:

    • You are passionate about the world of organic cosmetics and the values it defends
    • You are passionate about the world of the web and e-commerce.
    • You know the layout and visual creation tools (Indesign, Adobe, Canva…)
    • You like working in a team and sharing your ideas. You are force of proposal and autonomous in the organization of your work.
