MYA is originally Marie's nickname. Then, “Make Yourself Authentic” became the name of its brand of in-house Soaps and Cosmetics 3 years ago.
A traveler, sometimes adventurous, Marie discovered the power of plants and nature during her many travels around the world, from the farms of South America to the peoples of Asia.
"It was during a trip to South America that I discovered soap making, in Argentina, in a craft market (...) I did some research on the internet. I wanted to make minimalist products, with natural components, essential oils ”.
A historian by training, Marie trained for 18 months and launched 5 references of soap, algae, buckwheat or even goat's milk, using as many local products as possible.
Since then, it has diversified its range of products and offers massage oils, powder masks and crisp foams for the face and body.
MYA products are made in Brittany in Erdeven and labeled Nature & Progrès.
